Staff Registration
Returning Staff Registrations are due April 1st. New Staff for 2025 must submit their New Staff Registration forms to Pastor Aaron Erdely as soon as possible. If you are responsible for registering your entire congregation, please check out the 2025 Registration Instructions. The Staff Registration Fee for Camp 2025 is $450.

Counselors/Staff must provide clearances current within the last five years with their registration.
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- Self Disclosure Affidavit/FBI Form – must be signed yearly if:
- you do not have the fingerprint clearance and
- have been a PA resident for the last 10 years
- If you have not been a resident of PA for the last 10 years and need the FBI Fingerprinting clearance, please click here.
Churches should mail all camper/staff registrations with payment by April 1 to:
