The Annual Meeting of the nonprofit corporation, the Harrisburg Area Confirmation Camp will be held:

If Derry Township Schools are closed or dismiss early due to inclement weather the meeting will be postponed until – Thursday, January 28 (same location and time).

The congregations listed below are current members of the corporation and will each have one vote for the purpose of the Annual Meeting. The regular fall meeting of the Harrisburg Area Confirmation Camp Staff will follow.

Following the meeting of the Corporation we will convene a staff meeting to distribute forms and information for Counselor Selection and Camper Registration for our 2016 camp.

Please note the dates for 2016 are June 19- 26.
