 2016 Staff Application Form

If there is someone who you know that would like to serve at camp and might not be included in this email, please share this form with them.

Please send the form to me by October 1.    The staff selection committee will meet in early October to review the forms.    One important note is that we welcome additional staff applications throughout the year so if you are aware of anyone that would have gifts to offer in service to camp, please be sure to encourage them to complete the form and send it to me anytime.
